Omija, the five-flavor berry—sour, bitter, spicy, sweet, and salty. Traditionally enjoyed in tea, liquor, and herbal remedies, the berry is best known for its striking sour and bitter profile. An intense blend of sharp acidity and bitterness, balanced by delicate notes of spices, sweetness, and saltiness. Made even redder, capturing the fragrance of Omija in its deepest hue.
